Welcome to HAVN. These Terms of Service set out the terms that apply when you visit or shop through the HAVN website at havnfield.co.nz.

In these Terms, "HAVN", "we", "us" and "our" refers to HAVN. "You" and "your" refers to anyone who visits or purchases from our website.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings and lighting.

As HAVN products are made using natural materials, including merino wool, there may be minor variations in colour, texture or appearance between individual products. These variations are part of the character of the material and do not necessarily indicate a fault.

We reserve the right to update product information, change product designs or discontinue products at any time.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act or other applicable New Zealand law.

3. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

Your order is accepted once we have received your payment and sent you an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in reasonable circumstances, including where:

• a product is unavailable;

• there has been an obvious pricing or product description error;

• we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or

• we are unable to fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide a full refund for the amount paid for the cancelled order.

Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the HAVN website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices include GST where applicable.

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to change our prices, promotions and offers at any time. The price charged for your order will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

If we discover an obvious pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or receive a full refund.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to only use payment methods that you are authorised to use.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch your order within the timeframe stated on our website or at checkout.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier services, customs processing and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive any available tracking information.

Nothing in these Terms limits our obligations regarding delivery under the Consumer Guarantees Act or other applicable New Zealand law.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains when and how you can return products purchased from HAVN.

For change-of-mind returns, our policy allows eligible products to be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If a product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the guarantees required by New Zealand law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as provided by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the HAVN website, including but not limited to our name, logo, branding, product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, text, illustrations and other materials, is owned by or licensed to HAVN unless otherwise stated.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell or commercially use HAVN's content, branding or imagery without our prior written permission.

HAVN and our associated branding, product names and designs may be protected by intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by HAVN.

HAVN's online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

However, when you purchase a product from HAVN, the sale is directly between you and HAVN. Shopify is not the seller of HAVN products and is not responsible for the products we sell or for our obligations to you as the seller.

Shopify's own services are subject to Shopify's applicable terms and policies.

10. Reviews and Feedback

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion or other feedback to HAVN, you give us permission to use that content for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving HAVN, including on our website and social media channels.
